Margit has been leading multicultural teams and facilitating change
bringing about improved performance and results in large international organisations for 12 years, prior to becoming self employed. The title “Change Agent” stayed with her throughout her career. A native Austrian, bi-lingual in German and English, Margit lived, travelled and worked in mainland Europe, the UK and the US. She is a Leadership Guide, qualified Results, Performance and Life Coach with a Masters in Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming specialising in leadership and management development. As founder of Resolution4life and then later director of Consulting 4 Resolution ltd she operates her business from Austria and the UK, working with individuals as well as with large international organisations. Margit’s coaching style is dynamic, intuitive and collaborative with a strong focus on sustained impact, underpinned by strong relationship, transition and project management skills.
Whenever possible, Margit enjoys time with her family and friends, playing golf or skiing and reading.

Rosie, is an Organisation, Leadership and People Development Consultant and Coach. She has an MA in Management Learning and Leadership and has written published work about OD for an extensive online corporate management resource and support package. She has worked with many clients, at executive board and senior leader level, in the public, not for profit, private and education sectors, to help develop empowering, customer and people-focused cultures.
She is passionate about helping to create working conditions and environments that enable people to be their very best and which allow people to “bring their true selves to work” She works with top teams to help develop shared visions, values and goals, designing, facilitating and delivering strategic change, organisation development and leadership development strategies and programmes.
Rosie was nominated by the internationally renowned Roffey Park Institute as their client nominee for the national CIPD People Management Awards for her work in the OD, leadership development and HR fields.
She worked in a wide range of roles as a senior manager in a major government department. She led on a number of Ministerial inner cities and equality initiatives to help people who were at significant disadvantage in the labour market. She worked in senior management and organisation and leadership development roles before embarking on her consulting career.
Her work in the OD, Learning and HR fields was recognised externally and by the Audit Commission as 'exemplary', and significantly transformed organisation and people development practice. Her work has been featured in a number of Organisation Development, Learning and HR publications.
She works as a leadership coach and is also an NLP Master Practitioner, EFT Level 3 practitioner and Certified Hypnotherapist.
Robert is an expert in leadership, team and individual development and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in business. He is an internationally renowned consultant, motivational trainer and is an executive coach to high-flying business leaders as well as a developer and designer of leadership training programmes. Robert specialises in using the most powerful developmental psychologies to enable people to realise their individual potential.
As a leadership mentor and coach since the 1980s Robert has researched the dynamic development of personal psychology. In parallel he also studied therapeutic counselling and psychotherapy. Robert’s early career was spent at the cutting edge of management in the retail, fashion and cosmetics sectors following extensive study with many of the original developers of NLP, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Robert is also registered as a psychotherapist with the UK Council for Psychotherapy and is supported by a wealth of qualifications.
